Order Processing Time

Once you successfully place your order and receive the order confirmation email, we will process your order as quickly as possible.

Order processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Please understand that once an order begins processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Under special circumstances (such as peak sales, major holidays, etc.), order processing time may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any important changes by email.



Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

We are committed to providing reliable and efficient logistics services to our customers worldwide.

Imanusagi offers free shipping worldwide, with no additional shipping charges.

Most orders are shipped within 7–15 business days of shipment. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address, customs clearance procedures, and local logistics conditions.

Some remote areas or areas affected by force majeure (such as epidemics, natural disasters, etc.) may require longer delivery times.

We work with multiple international logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.



Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address.

This email will include:

  • Your order information
  • A tracking number for real-time tracking of your package
  • A tracking URL (or click to redirect)

Please note: Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours of shipment. If it is unavailable, please try again later.

If you have not received your package or received tracking updates within 7 business days of receiving the shipping notification, please contact us at marketing@imanusagi.com. Please provide your order number and name, and we will assist you in further investigation.



Customs and Duties

Depending on the laws and regulations of the country or region of shipment, your order may be subject to customs declaration and may incur customs duties or other import fees.

All customs duties and taxes are your responsibility.

Imanusagi is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs clearance or customs fees.We recommend that you understand the import policies of your country/region before placing an order.



Product Damage and Loss

We take the integrity and safety of your products very seriously during shipping. If you discover damaged, missing, or otherwise unreliable items after receiving your order, please contact us immediately and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item in question (including packaging, shipping documents, etc.)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide a reasonable solution based on the circumstances, including but not limited to a refund, reshipment, or discount compensation.



Return and Refund Information

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and retain its original packaging and labels.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date.
