Returns and Exchanges

We want every purchase at Imanusagi to be a pleasant and satisfying one. If you need to cancel an order, return an item, or exchange an item, we'll make the process as simple, quick, and stress-free as possible.



Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, please email marketing@imanusagi.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

We'll confirm the order status and, if cancellation conditions are met, arrange a cancellation.

If your order has already shipped or cannot be canceled, we'll also provide instructions for a return or exchange.



Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in good condition.
  • The packaging is intact and cannot be resold.
  • You provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
  • You are within the 30-day return and exchange period.



How do I request a return or exchange?

Please email marketing@imanusagi.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide follow-up return instructions.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and a step-by-step return process.

Please do not return items without authorization, as this may not be processed.



Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you first return the original item and complete the refund process, then purchase the new item. This process helps us process your order more efficiently.



Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt and attach photos or videos. We will assist you promptly. Contact: marketing@imanusagi.com

  • Gift cards
  • All items marked "Final Sale"
  • Shipping costs and expedited order fees (if any)



Refund Instructions

Once the return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the return to be received and processed
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable

If your refund has not been credited within 7 business days of approval, please contact marketing@imanusagi.com so we can follow up.
